This event is available to all BANKBANK2 members.
Members need to use the registration number to contact WhatsApp customer service to redeem bonus credits or gifts.
The final balance in the member’s wallet must be lower than MYR 5 to apply for bonus credits redemption.
After successful audit, the bonus will be automatically credited to your main wallet.
All bonus credits need to fulfill 2x winover to apply for withdrawal.
Bonus credits can be redeemed unlimitedly, but winover requirements will be stacked.
Members who redeem the gift need to provide a valid delivery address to our customer service.
All gift redemptions will take approximately (7) working days to ship. (from the date of redemption)
Provided all of the logistics and postal procedures are completed, members will then receive a shipment status of the gift to track your gift and BANKBANK2 will not be responsible for any damage to the product during delivery.
